1. DELIVERY TIMELINES BY REGION

At Lushes, we ship our jewelry worldwide with utmost care and clarity. Whether your order is placed from within India or internationally, we strive to deliver it to your doorstep with full transparency and speed.

1.1 Domestic Shipping – India

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Metro Cities: 2–5 days
    • Tier-2/Tier-3 Cities: 4–8 days
    • Remote/Tribal/Island Regions: 7–12 days

Note: Sundays and national holidays are not counted as business days.

1.2 International Shipping

  • Order Processing Time: 2–3 business days
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • USA/Canada: 5–10 days
    • UK/Europe: 6–12 days
    • UAE/Middle East: 6–10 days
    • Australia/NZ: 6–14 days
    • Asia-Pacific: 5–9 days
    • South America/Africa: 10–18 days

3. SHIPPING FEES

Domestic (India)

  • Prepaid Orders over ₹999: FREE
  • Prepaid Orders under ₹999: ₹100 flat rate
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹150 additional charge

International

  • Orders over ₹15,000 (INR): FREE
  • Orders below ₹15,000: Charges vary by country & weight (auto-calculated at checkout)

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international deliveries, custom duties, taxes, and import charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • All shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
  • If charges are applicable, the courier will contact you prior to delivery.

Lushes cannot under-declare invoice values or mark orders as gifts.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  1. A Shipping Confirmation Email
  2. A Tracking Link to follow your shipment

Tracking may take 24 hours to activate after dispatch.


6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Orders returned due to address errors will incur additional shipping fees for reshipment.

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our couriers will typically make 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful:

  • The package will be returned to Lushes
  • Additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery

8. DAMAGED, DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

Damaged Orders:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery
  • If damaged, email support@lushes.store within 24 hours with:
    • Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Delayed or Lost Orders:

  • We’ll help trace the package with the courier
  • If declared lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund

9. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order includes:

  • Pre-order items
  • Multiple items from different warehouses
  • Heavy and fragile combinations

…it may be shipped in separate packages.

You’ll receive separate tracking numbers where applicable.


10. DELIVERY ISSUES & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a reachable phone number for delivery
  • Responding to courier calls or customs requests
  • Ensuring someone is available at the delivery address

Failure to do so may result in delays or returns.


11. FORCE MAJEURE & UNFORESEEN DELAYS

Delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemic restrictions
  • Customs hold-ups
  • Political unrest or war
  • Logistics strikes or roadblocks

Lushes will not be liable for force majeure–related shipping delays.


12. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not currently ship to:

  • Sanctioned countries
  • PO boxes (international orders only)
  • APO/FPO addresses (unless via India Post)

13. CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
If refused upon delivery, the return will be processed only after the item is received back, minus two-way shipping charges and any customs or handling fees.
